I was very dedicated to the product and was very disappointed with the product. I did lose some weight but not even close to my goals, and the other thing was there were about 4 days were I missed taking the product and I got really nausaus. When I stopped taking it in October I was nausaus for like 4 days. I don't think this product was worth the money I paid and am looking for something else for new years.
