The admin gave pretty much the best advice anyone could have givin you . Contact your doctor. Find out what he recomends as far as your best bet to battle your Diabetese and your weight loss . Which pretty much go hand and hand . The Doctor should then be able to set you on the right path as far as a dietician and a propper begining phase of working out and working towards your Fitness / wellness goals .
