Overview of INSANITY

INSANITY is not making any promises that this will be an easy ride. It’s not necessarily advocating weight loss either but a transformation of your body. If you want the best, hardest, body you’ve ever seen than Insanity may be your perfect fit. Shuan T (of Hip Hop Abs) has formed an intense 60-day work out that will have you sweating bullets and gasping for air. The secret to these mind-blowing results is Shaun T’s  MAX Interval Training.  Shaun T took traditional interval training and flipped it on its head, you perform long bursts of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest. Each workout keeps you constantly challenged as you alternate between aerobic and anaerobic intervals. The result: burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour and get the most “insane” body in 60 days.

Overall Impression Of INSANITY

Acting a personal trainer, Shaun T, will push your limits with 10 workout discs packed with plyometric drills on top of nonstop intervals of strength, power, resistance, and ab and core training moves. No equipment or weights needed. Just the will to get the hardest body you’ve ever had. I find Shaun T to be one of the best exercise guru’s and motivators, his extensive knowledge of fitness and optimistic outlook on all things help motivate his customers to reach their goals. It might be expensive but the pay off is so worth it. I find that with intense programs like INSANITY it’s best to take a supplement that will give you the energy to go crazy with INSANITY… and also some kind of recovery drink or supplement to help for the next day soreness.  View our supplement reviews to determine which one is best for you and remember to go for a comprehensive supplement with many active ingredients.  If you want to try Insanity click on the link before for a special offer availabe to readers of our website.

Hey everyone, I’m going to post my experience of Insanity. Today is my first day and so far I have a ways to go. I just took the fit test and I’m a little discouraged how week I am. Shaun T is a great trainer and I like the feel of the work out videos.

    Hello eveyone

Just to let you know, this is a great program, it is worth the weight in gold. Be careful and check with your Dr. before you start this program. I have worked out for years and I also have firbromyaligia, however I am also a personal trainer. I have to admit it can be real tuff, but stay with it and dig deep on each DVD you do. You”ll get a little better and if you do your best every workout and keep moving when you have to take a break, you will do great. I think the meal plan is great. Just do what you can be safe NO MATTER WHAT and change will come.

    Until Next Time
    Be Blessed and Be Safe.
