Overview Of FullBar
FullBar takes one simple concept to help people lose weight. That is, you simply don’t eat when you are full, hence the FullBar. Could it be any more simple than that? FullBar is endorsed by a MD named Michael Snyder, he says that feeling full is a quick and easy way to stop eating, its getting to the fullness part without added calories that is the hard part.

Fullbar’s should be eaten 30 minutes before every major meal. Made of all-natural ingredients, it makes you feel fuller, so in turn you will eat less. Fullbar comes in six delicious flavors. Most importantly, the Fullbar approach is suppose to be an easy guide to losing weight. Stop calorie-counting, journaling, making-up exercise plans you never intend to do anyway and simply eat less.

Overall Impression of FullBar
The only way FullBar can differentiate itself from a a meal replacement is that you are suppose to consume a fullbar 30 minutes prior to a meal rather than replace a meal. This will in return cause you to eat less. My first take of the FullBar was 90%  a mental understanding of how FullBar should make me fuller. Therefore I was mentally prepared to not eat as much.  Plus its 180 calories so I was well aware this was no freebie meal, I needed to make it count. After my day of consumming fullbars I wasn’t any fuller and still ate the same in addition to three fullbars = 540 cals over my daily range. Wow thats kind of scary considering in one week of using fullbars I would possibly gain weight.

FullBar is really hard to incorporate into a lifestyle, most people don’t eat three consecutive meals where they can physical stop themsselves and think to eat a fullbar. Fullbar is actually a nice snack, much like a protein bar or shake and thats what most will find upon trying a FullBar.

Hi Everyone – this product is a waste of time if you are trying to lose weight. I used them once or twice a day for a month and gained 7 pounds. I was really trying to watch what I was eating but I didn’t think these bars reduced my appetite. Also by the end of the month I was ready to throw up just when I would smell one of them.
