An avid yogi and healthy eater, I could not drop the 30 lbs I had gained from years of overeating. I am down 18 lbs at 4 months in. I eat less and do not sprinkle much on my food, and just changed the shaker to a new one a month ago, so changing it monthly was unnecessary in my case. It took me years to gain this weight so would not expect to lose it over night. I have cut down on my food intake and feel much better about myself. With 12 lbs more to go to hit my goal, I have the confidence that I will reach it. So many of you expect something to work overnight, but this is something that only works with consistency, patience and awareness. What works for me may not work for you.
