this is a big scam the product sucks it does nothing but take your money, they give you a 15 day trail and then try to cancel, they then charge you anyway, saying you agreed to this and when you cancelled it means no further shipments will be made. I talked to a jessica #4985 and she is a con artist. so save yiur time and money. got it at certified acai/shannon llc po box 10 scarsborough me 04070

Thank you everyone for your comments on this product. Clearly this is not a product we recommend and hopefully collectively we have helped some other people save their time, money, and hopes. It is readers like you that will make this website a success so thank you once again. @Gabriele Certified Acai is a BIG SCAM. To cancel Certified ACAI call 1-888-272-6483. They also sign up you automatically to "LIVE LEAN" wich is another 24.95 on top of the 64.95 for the Certified Acai. When you call to cancel make up you cancel both and give you seperate cancellation confirmation numbers. If you don't cancell within the 15 days you will be charged the 64.95 and the 24.95, but if you cancel they wont charge you anymore.

I GOT SCAMMED AS WELL…. IS ANYONE STILL HAVING THEIR WEBSITE…. I CAN’T EVEN FIND THEIR WEBPAGE ANYMORE….. I HAD TO AS MY BANKS DISPUTE INVESTIGATOR FOR HELP TO KEEP THEM FROM HITTING MY ACCOUNT…. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THERE IS A WEBSITE OUT THERE…THANKS…

Seriously, don’t order the Certified Acai if you just want to ‘try it and see’. I can tell you right now that it is a absolute nightmare trying to get your money back. No one that you are able to talk to has any kind of ‘authority’ to do anything except stop your future subscription. Don’t plan on getting your money back for the first month if you are going to ‘try’ it, even if you only do the 15 days because once they hit your credit card after the 15 days they cannot take it off unless you ‘write a letter to corporate” and who knows how long that is going to take. All I’m saying is good luck if you want to try it for 15 days and decide you don’t want it without paying for the first month at least.

I ordered the FREE sample of Certified Acai for 15 day trail but nothing says that the 15 days are from the day your shipment was sent. I got mine a week ago and called what I thought was t he 15 days and was told that I went past the trial period and was charged the $64.95. I feel that this is the biggest rip off ever. Very unhappy with their advertizing and was allergic to something in their ingredients

Ok, I feel a bit ashamed for having to write this, after I just wrote such a rave review. Certified acai IS A SCAM. I actually called again this evening after reading all this about it, and they completely changed everything they told me the other day when i called. I never got my free trial, which i had thought i did, they automatically charged me on the 11th, $65.00 and were planning on charging me on the 29th for $65.00 more dollars. i still had not received my pills. I immediately told the customer service woman that i have been lead on, lied to, and misinformed and that i wanted to cancel all of it. she tried to offer me extended time, 50% off…. etc. etc… anything to keep me on the hook they try and screw you with. SO PLEASE FOR ANYONE WHO IS CONSIDERING IT OR USING IT, STOP! THIS IS A SCAM AND I AM PROOF OF IT! I believe that just me thinking it worked and going to the gym every morning was the “false” push I needed. I will definitely be looking around for a new product to try, that wont be sucking my bank account dry.

I actually did give in to the certified acai after hearing great things about it. I had a baby 5 months ago and felt just hitting the gym was not enough, so I ordered my 15 day trial. I have to admit I did notice a difference, of course with an exercise routine. The only thing bad i can say about this product is yes it takes FOREVER to get it in the mail, i was charged on the 11th for my bottle and have yet to receive it. I did call customer service and threw a tiny fit because I wanted what i paid for. However, if you dont wish to try this product all you have to do is send both bottles back to the address they were mailed from and all should be well! I do think you should give it a shot, but thats just my suggestion. I love the acai berry and I do believe in this product.
